I am a brand new member to SteadyHealth & think this is an awesome website! I was looking forward to talking to people who might have same health issue I am facing, however when I read some of the posts they were rather old, 5 years or more, I thought that if I joined then I'd see more recent posts, doesn't seem to be the case. Not sure if it is just that no one is really using this site, or if I am doing something wrong? If someone can help direct me, it would be greatly appreciated!

He Blond_inc. perhaps I can help you... What health issue are you dealing with? what forum did you browse? There are about 150 forums, it just seems strange that you can only find topics that are 5 years old. let me know, and I will check it for you.

Hi TaniaT, I have been dealing with back issues for years, and was recently told I have a condition called spondylolisthesis. I went to musculoskeletal issues, under health conditions, then to the spinal forum, where I read great posts back and forth between people, but they were from 2005 up to 2009 or 10, I didn't see any current ones. Am I looking in wrong place? Thanks for your time, was wondering if I should just give up on this site, but I absolutely love the idea behind it.

I think you're looking in the right places - I prefer a view under discussions - https://www.steadyhealth.com/discussions/ - from my standpoint it just seems more organized
Have you tried searching this?
https://www.steadyhealth.com/Nervous_System_Disorders_and_Diseases-c36.html

You can also contact some of the members that posted in discussions you find useful - you can do that by joining conversation- they get an email notification when someone replies to their topic. Or you can send them a private message and ask them for advice.

There is also a search (top right corner): https://www.steadyhealth.com/search/?q=spondylolisthesis&t=

SH has a YT channel that includes sciatica related rehab exercises - perhaps you could give them a try? I am not sure what was your doctors recommendation, but I am always pro-natural and if possible anti-meds. perhaps you could give these exercises a try http://www.youtube.com/user/steadyhealth/videos?query=sciatica+

I hope I helped a little.
