It cause pain because when we masturbate the liquid comes out called semen. It is the present in our bones and joints. Whey we masturbate daily or without break, basically that bones liquid comes out. It can cause weak joints, hollow bones, and can lose our knee cap. Which you can check by moving your knee cap by your hand, if it is moving you should stop masturbating. To overcome all these issues use COD liver oil, increase vitamin C in diet, increase calcium in diet, exercise daily (just for 30 min) like sit-ups, push ups, stretching etc.

I am having the same case here, like I think it is definitely because of masturbating.. my right knees popping so bad .. it doesn't hurt tho but I am afraid that it has some potential serious scenarios in the future

I have been masturbating for 45 years and my knees and bones are fine. If you are worried about the popping in your knee I'd suggest seeing an orthopedic specialist, but it's not due to masturbation

I just saw this old post and most of it is nonsense. Semen is not present in your bones and joints. It is made up of sperm from the testicles and secretions from the prostate, Cowper's glands, and seminal vesicles. Ejaculation does not weaken your bones or joints. As for your kneecap, it is a sesamoid bone located in the tendon of your quad muscle and it has nothing to do with masturbation. If you want to masturbate, that's fine. If you don't, that's fine too. But all of this is just more of the many falsehoods to try to make you feel bad or guilty or ashamed for doing it.

Yes it does weaken the knees. I masturbated everyday for the last 5 years. Sometimes there might be 2 to 5 times in a just a day during weekends when theres no work. Dont listen to this doctors since they have not done it. Im speaking from experience of years of masturbation. There might be 2 or 3days in a month which i skipped simply because im too tired or not in the mood. Im also a walker. I dont jog but I like to walk one hour everyday and do some stretchings.

On a rare occasion i might skip it 5 days straight of masturbating. Thats when I will discover the difference.
The strength on my legs and my knees get tight again. Like I can walk properly again. I usually wobble a lot like my legs have loose screws or something. But on those rare skips I can feel the difference.

Now I am not a doctor but I know my body. This might be the reason why athletes refrain from doing masturbation.
I remember on the suites episode in netflix the lawyer told the main character to refrain from masturbating because it weakens the legs and the mind.

Best thing is to keep healthy and exercise and maybe one day you will get tired of it. Look for things your passionate about so you can be distracted. Goodluck
