It is 6 weeks after hemorrhoidectomy and my doctor said that my wound has hypergranulation that needs to be surgically removed. Has anyone done this before and is the pain afterward as bad as hemorrhoidectomy? It sounds just like another hemorrhoidectomy to me!

Hey dave .. i know its very late reply and i dont think you'll even read this but i wanted to tell you that i have had my surgery done last month and my doc too said that i have hypergranulation ..pls let me know the procedure and pain related to it....

Sorry for the late response but I got mine cauterized today in less than 5 minutes and it didn’t hurt. Hopefully you guys can request for this
