I read this thread a couple of weeks ago and could totally relate -  I came off the pill 3 months ago and gained about 8 pounds rapidly.  Usually when I gain weight I know why and will lose it fairly easily, but despite beginning to really start watching what I eat and exercising regularly the scale would not move! I read somewhere that it is easier to gain muscle when off the pill so I decided to up my exercise, carry on eating sensibly (still about 1500-1700 cals a day but all clean eating, loads of protein) and ignore the scale for a couple of weeks. I measured myself and found that I was losing inches.  So I decided to weigh myself yesterday and have actually lost a couple of pounds! When I was reading this before I was desperate to read about somebody who had started turning things around so thought I'd come on and post that I was making progress.  I'll come back and post if I make any more headway - good luck ladies!
