i started masturbating since i was 12 years old, and i masturbated a lot since i know how to masturbate, i am now 25, i can't use my hand focus to do the small works, and it will shiver more than the normal people, it's not a nervous, for example, to check the contact or continuity of small circuit on a PCB board, doing the soldering process, and whatever works that need to use the Microscope. My friends told me it is caused by masturbating. i feel so worry about this, because in future i still need to use my hand to work in such field.

Masturbation also causing me forgetful? Is the brains works slower than someone who didnt masturbate? is masturbation causing heart painful? Is masturbating causing weak metabolism and staminer?

I wish someone who know the exact answers can tell me the solutions. If you have any ideas to solve this problem, i will be very thankful to you. i wish to have feedback in short time.

i am worrying whether it is the problem of my own health or caused by masturbation?

Hi, firstly all the problems which you have stated have NOTHING and i mean NOTHING to do with masturbation. Masturbation does not casue forgetful, or make the brain work slower, or heart pain, or weaken the metabolism and staminer. It is RUBBISH I am certain. Secondly practically all teenagers and adults masturbate which means everyone will experience what you are experiencing...which they are not. Thirdly there is no research which has proved that masturbation has side effects. Anyway do not believe all the myths you are hearing because they are false. My friends hand also shivering as like wat u said. but it cant be cured. one thing. donot masturbate by over strain. leavi it free. n stop for one week n check.

It can happen due to nerve damage caused by excess dopamine surge in the brain and nervous system.... addiction.. .. masturbation induced stress (hormonal e.g. cortisol) muscle loss, brain fog etc... Will take 1 yr of abstinence from porn and masturbation.

Start with stress reduction regim... deep breathing and meditation daily... consider expert advice on taking vitamin e(reduces stress hormons) ..fish oil .. amino acid...supplimentations...
Heal with protein and amino acid rich diet...

remedy is stop masturbation and eat some foods which give you more energy for example, garlic and fish have give some acid for our body it controls shiverness and boldness, banana , groundnuts, badam, pista like some foods gives energy and sperms, simply you need is stop masturbation and search some foods which develops more sperms in our body... the main thing is if the sperm is empty in your body and it continues regularly your total body changes and result like age 80 oldman like effect.... if you have full of thick sperm in your body means you will be like all the days as at the age like 10 years old healthy man... so sperm is the only answer for the remedy .. i says to try to save more sperm in your body and eat the foods which produce sperms in your body... sperm is an healthy energy for our body.. the name sperm is the another meaning energy... and energy is the another name sperm..... i hope you all understand
