A good rule of thumb females are to follow regarding sex and concerned about pregnancy:

If you have sex and get your period = not pregnant.  If you have sex and don't get your period = may be pregnant and do further testing regarding this.

You had one cycle of period and now none.  If you were pregnant it would show on a pregnancy test which you buy almost anywhere.  You should test just to rule it out.
