I am 22 and I seen my obgyn I asked her if there's something that can help my cramps besides medication as she didn't take me serious about my painful periods. She reccomended EPO.. I've only taken this for two days and my period is 2 days late. I did not want this but should I stop taking it... I just feel so exhausted like if it wants to come down but nothing.

EPO, or evening primrose oil, is a supplement that is sometimes used to alleviate symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), including menstrual cramps. However, it's important to note that EPO has not been scientifically proven to be effective for PMS or menstrual pain, and there is limited research on its effects on menstrual cycle timing.

That being said, a delay in menstrual cycle timing can have various causes, including hormonal imbalances, stress, changes in weight or exercise habits, and other underlying medical conditions. It's possible that the EPO supplement may have had an impact on your menstrual cycle, although this is not a common side effect.

Your period eventually came, right?
