I WANANA KNOW SOME ANSWER PLEASE

hi since we get married last two yrs i begun to have a problems ,,irregular menstruations some times delay menstruation.... sometimes 10 days in a month - 15 days mens in a month and i decided to go to my ob gyne>>>> she adviced me to take pills for hormonal imbalance >>> i already finish taking pills, 1 pack of pill then after 1 pack i stopped and then the result is good  i became regular in menstruation....  and it take 3 -4 days like my menstruation when i was single .... after those pill thiss is the only time that my menstruation delayed agen... could it be pregnancy.>>> ?????? because i don't feel anything>>> i begun to think because every time my mens will come 5 days before, my boobies hurting and its hot to touch then i felt like my stomache hurting then 5 days before i always have brown stain indicating that my menstruation willl coming... but now after long months that i stopped my pills now im delayed,,, i cant feel nothing but feels wet and have a very clear discharge like white mens.. clear and think like discharge wen youre doing  spinnbarkeit test ,,, clear >>>> nothing more but im only 5 days delayed could it be pregnancy .. how can i know that im pregnant  if only 5 days delayed??? can i used pregnancy test??? honestly im excited because after almost a yr that i stoped the pills this is the first time that im delayed.. please answer me back thankyou so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
