I'm getting cortizone shots in my lower back, will that harm the baby

generally, use of steroids and especially Cortisone is not recommended during pregnancy because some studies found it might lead to lower fetal size. But it really depends on when you had your last shot and when the pregnancy started, and, of course, the best thing you can do is to talk to your ob-gyn about this and possibly have tests and ultrasound imaging done to determine everything is going OK with the pregnancy and your baby.
