Hello!
So im arriving in India in five days!
At the moment i have some sort of bug that has lasted about 30 hours now. I have terrible diarrhea, very liquidy. I am meant to start taking doxycycline tomorrow as an anti malaria medication.
1. Is taking doxycycline when i already have malaria alright?
2. I understand that one is to continue taking doxycycline 2 weeks after arriving home? And that the medication highly increases the risk of sundburn. One problem the two weeks i get home i am spending on the beach. Will i get very sunburnt?!

ALso my friend has some malerone spare who i am meeting in india. can i start the doxycycline before india and switch to malerone when i get to india? So i can spend some time in the sun. Or will this jepeordise the effectivness of the meds?
