Can an hour or two difference in the time you take birth control affect it's ability to prevent pregnancy?

the window of effectiveness is about 3 hours. after 3 hours it starts to lose its effectiveness. by 12 hours it counts as a missed pill.
an hour or so shouldn't be too much of a worry, but do try to take it the same time each day, to ensure effectiveness!
