I'm 13 and my penis are 4.7 inches long when erected and 3 inches long when not erected..is this normal?

Hi guest,

Flaccid size varies considerably.  Your erect size is bigger than average for a 13-14 year old, 3-4".

Average for an adult is 5.1".
