Recently my college boy and his dorm mate came home to stay with us for a few days. My wife or I have always bought our boys plain white FTL briefs, even though I wear boxer briefs. The boys have never asked for anything else. When my sons friend came over I was shocked when we helped him with laundry, and discovered he also wore briefs. Teen boys do still wear them. We buy our youngest(15) and our college boy(18) a pack of ftl white briefs every Christmas and back to school.

I am sure that it’s fine and you can wear whatever type of underwear you find most comfortable on you. When I was 13 and first had to change for gym class was the first time I noticed that some guys had stopped wearing white briefs which everyone wore I believe until that point. In high school some of my friends on my football team would make some light hearted jokes since not many guys wore white briefs at that point in the late 90s early 00s but it was just a few jokes which I always cam back w my own jokes. My point is you can and should wear whatever you find most comfortable and you think looks good. One tip whatever it is make sure it is a clean pair with no holes. I had to stop wearing white underwear whilst still at school. I'm not circumcised so when I take a leak a, couple of drops of urine always remained. Ok, no big deal you might say but by the time we all had to change for the sports afternoons someone spotted the tell tale sign of yellow on my white underwear. After that all my underwear was colored. Hope this helps.

Going through school I was always bought coloured, patterned and stripey briefs, I was so jealous of the boys who wore white briefs so when I was 15 I went to a clothing store and bought myself my first white briefs, it was so amazing, I still love wearing white briefs they’re the best so wear them with pride

i have worn briefs as long as i can remember, i did switch when everyone started wearing boxers and boxer-briefs, but what i realized is that i didn't like boxers nor boxer-briefs, i just did so cuz everyone else was, so i switched back to wearing fruit of the loom briefs, i am much more comfortable , and happy
