I do lay on my stomach so that might Be it and I guess my underwear might be considered tight ish. I will look into getting looser pairs it's just it becomes too loose around the waist. Thank you HEAPS for your help

You're very welcome, what type of underwear do you have briefs or boxers? And do you have to adjust your penis so it goes down one of your Pant legs? And remember that even if your underwear are loose if you have pants Or jeans that are tight they can cause trauma as well

I would definatly try boxers and then remember that your shorts pants jeans etc can't be tight either . Let me know how it goes and it if helps.
