Is there any connection between manhood size and frequency of the intercourse?

There is no relation between how often you have sex and the size of your penis.

The size of your penis is determined by your DNA, your genes.  There is nothing you can do, short of surgery, to get any bigger.  The surgery gets you up to about another inch.  All it does is sever how your penis attaches to your pubic area and reattach it lower.  

Your penis can grow into your early 20's.  After that, nope.
