Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Size is determined by your DNA, you can't change it.
If you are "heavy" you usually have a layer of fat around the penis. Lose weight and it'll look bigger.
There is surgery that can get you about another inch. The downfall is that it will make your penis "floppy." They basically cut the ligaments that attach the penis to the body so it hangs "lower."

No. There are no drugs that can make your penis bigger.
If there was, and they worked, every guy would be buying it.
You shouldn't be embarrassed no matter what your size. Average is 5 - 5 1/2" for an adult. Still, it's what you do with it that counts. Any woman that you intend to have sex with should respect you enough not to comment and accept you fro what you are. You wouldn't make any comments about her breasts for example, would you?
