Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
It's size is determined by your DNA. You can't change it. There are no drugs to make it bigger.
There is surgery but all it really does is lower the attachment point on your body. Your penis could appear about an inch bigger but it would be more "floppy."
There is nothing wrong with your penis size. You can certainly pleasure a woman. It's not the size that matters but what you do with it.
