Hi,

I've had a good erection history and have never really had a problem before with my erection. Around 6 months my Girlfriend and i were on it. She was giving me a H**d**b when she accidentally pulled my foreskin too deep and my penis started bleeding from there. I ignored it and washed myself. After that, i didn't really face a problem immediately but 3 months later i noticed my erections weren't as strong as before. I masturbate frequently so i initially thought i was over doing it which could be the reason for the same. I reduced on that but ever since then my erections have still not been hard enough. so much so last month when my girl and i were trying to have sex i couldn't get it up and another time i wasn't hard enough to go inside of her. At times, i noticed that having good food and living healthy were doing the deal for me but not for long. I've been having shakes and Milk and other healthy foods, exercise but its just not doing it for me.

I am freaking out since i am only 22 and i do not know how to deal with this issue. Please help and suggest what should i be doing.

First of all, it’s unlikely that the torn foreskin (actually, probably a frenulum tear) has anything to do with the issue. All men have trouble getting an erection once in a while. Unless you are going for weeks at a time without any erections at all (including nighttime erections), then erectile dysfunction is probably not a concern. Of course, if you are worried, it’s a good idea to check with your doctor. Keep in mind that lots of things can affect erections, including alcohol, stress, problems in your relationship, cardiovascular issues, and a whole range of other issues. Your healthy living and exercise idea is a good one, and you can also help to keep the penis  itself in good condition by using a penis vitamin crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to supply the penile tissue with nutrients that might  be missing from your diet.

Good luck!
