Hello, guest.

Amlodipine is a medication used to treat high blood pressure and certain heart conditions. While it is generally well-tolerated, like any medication, it can have side effects that vary from person to person.

Dizziness, lightheadedness, and anxiety are known side effects of amlodipine. These symptoms may occur due to the medication's effects on blood pressure, blood flow, or the nervous system. It's important to note that not everyone experiences these side effects, and some individuals may tolerate the medication well.

Your doctor may recommend gradually tapering off amlodipine while introducing an alternative medication or adjusting your treatment plan. They will take into account factors such as your blood pressure readings, overall health, and the presence of any other medical conditions.

It's also worth mentioning that other factors unrelated to amlodipine could be contributing to your symptoms.
