Alright, so I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for about a month now, and I was wondering, does taking the pill at the same time every day actually affect effectiveness?
I usually take it after breakfast, but every now and again, I take it a couple hours before, or a couple hours after, my normal time. Will this make the pill more or less effective? Or is the 'time' thing just a memory device?
