I've been bleeding for about 2 months now. Sometimes its slow, well most of the time. But for the past few days it's been so incredibly heavy. I've had to change my tampons about 2-3 times every 2 hours. Not only is the blood heavy and messy but there is also HUGH chunks of something coming out as well. I have no idea what it is. Usually in past periods it's only been a spot or so of that chunky stuff but this time it is in a massive piece. Any suggestions on what I should do or what it could be?

Hi,
What you are describing could be a variety of things. If you have been bleeding for two months it is time to go as soon as possible to a clinic or your doctor for help.
Have you had unprotected intercourse previous to this? Or you may want to have your doctor discuss the possibility of fibriods, ovarian cysts, etc... these all cause heavy bleeding. Hope this helps. Is there any cramping/pain?

I get cramps sometimes. When I do get them, they hurt more than normal...but like I said only sometimes. They aren't really common for me.
