When i started having my menstruation the blood flows plenty and last for Five days but for about a one year now i have low menstruation flow and it last for two to three days. Please is it normal

i found that i used to have really heavy menstrual periods, after I came off the 'pill" i now have 1 day per month, or two if i am lucky! The "pill is very detrimental to your health and has been proven to cause cancer. i don't know or cant say if this is the problem for you but is now a very real problem for me, as I am pretty much infertile at 32, and have been on the pill for half of my life! "you might want to look into progesterone cream" but all of these things comes at a cost!
