Average for an adult is 5-5 1/2". You're close.
It can keep growing into your early 20's too.
It really is what you do with it that counts, not how big it is.

5" is average. Some are smaller, some are bigger. It's not that it has to be "at least" anything.
It might grow some more. Usually it grows into your early 20's but it varies as to when it stops growing.

No. There is no such thing. Sperm counts are done under a microscope as are motility. Other tests measure pH, etc.
