me and my boyfriend are very sexually active and we never use protection or "pull out"

hi, i am 19 and anxious to know if i am pregnant or not! it first started over a week ago when my nipples became extremely sore to the touch and sensitive. I am aware that this is a sign your period is soon to come, but at the time my period was due in more than 2 weeks so i dont think my period was the cause of my breast soreness. now my period is a week away and the soreness has not gone away. also, i have been having stomach cramps similar to period cramps except my period is not here. i have heard a "hard stomach" also indicates pregnancy. and when i press down on my tummy it feels very firm. and a couple weeks ago when i first started experiencing symptoms my stomach was very sensitive when i pressed down on it. and now today when i went to pee and wipe i noticed a very small amount of blood on my tissue. could this be spotting? me and my boyfriend are very sexually active and we never use protection or "pull out" we have done this for a year and i have never turned up pregnant ... could i be pregnant now ??
