My girlfriend discovered a random bump on the Right lip of her vagina a week ago. It was very painful, and caused problems for her to walk and exercise. More bumps appeared three days later no her clitoris and Left lip of her vagina as well. This caused extreme discomfort to walk and she was not able to work out. She had to keep it extremely moisturized in order to walk to class; and hurt when she peed. She went to the clinic on her college campus and they believe it is Herpes. Her mother seems to think it is a cyst. She was tested and is waiting on the results. Since then, the swelling has gone down; it does not hurt anymore for her to pee. But before she got in the tub today, a milky white discharge came from her vagina. She says this happens a week before she starts her period. She also found a whitehead on the original bump and saw red, splotchy area on the inside of her clitoris. Do you have any idea what this is or what caused it?
