My mom and gma say im prego but idk

I Am 18 years old about to be 19 next month well me and my dude well nown my ex  had unprotected sex on sep9 and i usually come on my period at the end of the  month but i was spotting for a couple of hours and it was light but my boobs or  nothing hurt i been having headache but my mom and gma say im prego but idk my  stomach poking out but its not hard when im sitting but when im standing it feel  hard and it pokes out but a week afther the 9 i took a test but i wasint prego. so can someone  tell me whats going on plz
