My penis is curved to the left and I keep getting painful bumps all over it

So penis curved to the left, seven months later it Started bending down and it started to hurt cause I kept getting these bumps so I got some over the counter hydrocortisone to ease the pain,after a four months my penis started bending to the right, and it kinda hurt when I got erections so I've been using that oinment for almost a year and ahalf, and they said to always use it on and off but it was painful, so I used it two three times daily, so another year gos by and my penis kept bending then it just almost started sticking outward and it was always really firm I could feel the blood going to My penis but it wouldn't grow and it started hurting even worse, so I used higher doses of that ointment, and I was really self conscious and didn't want to tell anyone,my penis was five inches couple years ago, now I'm eighteen and and I can barely get hard and it wont get past an inch and half and my penis got really thin and there's a lot more vains visable, and the head of penis doesn't get hard anymore it's really starting to shrink it's smaller than the tip of my thumb and now I don't know what to do, is it still ireverable or is it poinless an I'm just gonna get caught at.
