Penis is extremely curved when erect, is it Peyronie's Disea

I am 15, uncircumsized, and with a partly retractable foreskin (been stretching abit lately, used to be unretractable)..

When I'm erect, and standing upright, I noticed that my penis is very curved. Near the base, it will be parallel to the ground, however at the tip it is at an angle of 45 degrees to the ground. It curved downwards.. What is wrong with me? Is it Peyronie's Disease? :-(
