For the last three to four days my stomach has been hurting really bad and I feel like I'm going to puke but nothing comes out and I'm having lower stomach pains around my ribs and little to my side on the right side only. I am 19 and have two children and I know that I'm not pregnant I have took many test to prove I'm not. What could be wrong

It could be a gallbladder problem.
