Over 2 months ago i was blessed with buldging/ruptured discs that were causing stenosis on cervical spine and severe nerve pain. I was in continual pain for 2 months. Just today, i had my 1st epidural injection. 7 hours after injection i feel horrible. I have asked all 3 Drs. i have seen to this point is this something that will in time heal itself or is this just the way it is from now on seeking pain management and drugs to deal with it? All 3 Drs. had pretty much the same answer which is no answer. 1st said we can only hope. 2nd said it can be a long process and suggested pain management. And the 3rd Dr. pain management answered that he could not answer the question. I asked him why he could not answer and he said he just couldn't. " REALLY." Has anyone reading endured this? For how long and the outcome. I need hope
