my mirena expelled itself feb 22. i never experienced withdrawal bleeding nor have i started a period... did take a hpt and the result was negative.. not being the most responsible about sex.. do have a bf not that we are planning on a baby, right now.. it wouldn't be the end of the world. when i called my doc. they were more concerned about my missed pap,.. than the current issue... im starting to feel nauseaous and having abdominal cramping at times on top of headaches.. so trying not to stress but just wondering if there are any women, that have experienced this exact situation and what was their outcome.... if care to share.. thanks so much for the help.. im confused and starting to get a little nervous....
