nothing comes out of my penis when I climax, prostate problem maybe?

Do you notice cloudy urine after orgasm?  It's likely you have "retrograde ejaculation."  When you orgasm, the semen passes into the bladder and not out the urethra.

Are you on any medications?  Some can cause this. 

See a urologist.
