Im a 16 year old male and I play with myself for a couple minutes but dont ejacualte and hold it in by just stopping not by holding the tip of my penis or anything, but what happens to the semen that was supposed to be in the ejaculation but that doesnt leave the penis during masturbation. Does it get stuck somewhere? Should I ejaculate to get it out?

What you are doing is not a good idea. Let it out.
Do you notice that the next time you urinate, after stopping your ejaculation, that your urine is "cloudy?" That's where it will go, back into your bladder.
Look up "retrograde ejaculation" for a better idea of what happens.
