Hi I have tried searching several websites to figure out this mystery problem that lies with my spouse. He is 25 and when he reaches orgasm nothing comes out no cum nothing but he has all of the normal feeling as if he has just ejaculated. Hi, there is a condition called retrograde ejaculation in which the semen, instead of coming out the urethra comes goes into the bladder and then comes out when the male urinates. From your description, that is a possibility.
