after being put on anibiotics to be safe my partner and i used a condom well it came off inside of me. I am on the Nuva ring would it be safe for me to go and get plan B if i still have the ring inside of me ?

I think that the smartest thing here is for you to ask your pharmacist when you are buying Plan B if it is safe to use while you are still on Nuvaring. Both Plan B and Nuvaring contain female sex hormones that regulate your ovulation and menstrual cycle - I don't think that antibiotics even interfered with the hormonal contraception you already had, but I think the best thing to do is to check with your family doctor (because of the antibiotics) and with pharmacist about the use of Plan B.
