I'm seventeen years old. Shortly after ejaculation after masturbation, I frequently experience strong pain in my testicles and also sometimes mild pain in my stomach area and upper legs. My stomach also makes strange 'wet' sounds, like I have some strange indigestion.
Is this serious?
I am not sexually active, but when I was younger I used prevent the semen leaving my penis when ejaculating by squeezing it. Needless to say, I have dropped this habit as I have read that it leads to infertility.
