Pcos, on the depo shot and brown discharge ????????

I got told I have pcos about a month ago , I got out on the depo shot to help with the symptoms/ pains, ,, I had my period for a week, I Stopped bleeding the sat before Halloween, ever since then I've had dark brown discharge , all day every day , and still getting it now, and every now and then I with get a stabbing pain in my loweturn my/ hip area and ill get a lil blood but then back to the discharge, has this ever happened to anyone I don't know if I should go to the doctors or not ???
