I'm 19 years old and uncircumcised. Its kind of a shameful secret but I never really tried to pull back my foreskin when I masturbated. I don't really masturbate that much and when I do, I always kept the foreskin over my penis head. It turns out thats not right and the foreskin needs to go over the head. I tried doing this tonight when unerect and found tons of this smelly yellow stuff, I believe smegma, is all over my head and foreskin. I tried to remove it all but a little bit is still there. I'll try to wash it off tonight in the shower. My head was all blue and purple and red. It was so sensitive to touch when I tried to remove all the smegma. I tried to get erect and my penis was growing and all of a sudden I felt a tight pinch at my head. I believe my frenulum is too small and tight so I couldn't stretch my foreskin all the way over my head. Since I've had this condition for years now. Everytime I get an erection, the foreskin just blocks my head. Could that decrease my penis size over time? Since it never gets to fully grow? It's been like this for almost my entire pubescence, around 6 or 7 so years. I've been to the doctors all my life and whenever they checked me up they said I was fine.

Hiya, im 13 Years old and i HAD the same problem. i had Foreskin, and there was so much smegma, and i had to get a SMALL operation(you cant even call it a operation) to chop a bit of the foreskin off. When the penis is under his foreskin, it makes smegma. now its all good for me. I would go to the doctors with a family member [it would be best if it is a man : Dad, Grandpa, etc.]. --

That yellow smelly stuff is smegma. It has been accumulating for 19 years.
Smegma is a natural, normal, harmless, and healthy substance. It is a mixture of exfoliated skin and skin oils. Smegma does NOT cause cancer.
Smegma collects under the foreskin. It is normally white in color. Some people b
elieve that smegma resembles cream cheese.
It won’t hurt if it stays there for a while, but it can get irritating if it stays for a long time without being washed away, so it is good practice to wash the smegma away once in a while.
Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.
Since smegma is composed of exfoliated skin and skin exfoliation occurs continuously, smegma is continuously forming. You may expect to see more every day.
It is really easy to painlessly clean out your foreskin without retracting it. Here are two ways:
1. Urine is a sterile substance when it leaves the body so it is an excellent washing agent. Pinch the tip of your foreskin shut when you pee. Let the urine fill up your foreskin. You will see your foreskin balloon because of the urine inside. Then release the tip and all of the urine inside your foreskin will come gushing out and clean out whatever is inside. This is best done in the shower as it tends to be messy. Do that as often as you can.

2. Get a rubber bulb ear syringe from a drug store, pharmacy, or chemist’s shop. These are designed to squirt warm water into ear canals to clean them out. They also work great for cleaning out foreskins. Fill the ear syringe with warm (not hot) water and then insert the tip of the syringe into your foreskin. Then squeeze the bulb and a jet of warm water will squirt into your foreskin and clean out whatever is inside. This can be done over the bathroom washbasin.
Don’t use soap, body wash, or inside your foreskin because soap dries out the skin oils essential for good health and the others contain chemicals.
If your foreskin is dry, you can try putting some Jergen’s hand lotion on it.

First, you’re absolutely right that you need to take care of the smegma issue. Keeping the penis clean beneath the foreskin is important, so being able to roll it back is also important. I assume you have tried gently lubricating and stretching it, slowly and easily? Often men who do this for a few weeks find it loosens the foreskin sufficiently to make rollback easy. If it doesn’t, the penis head may be inflamed and may need a doctor’s care to make the swelling go down so that the foreskin can retract comfortably for cleaning. When cleaning, also use a top drawer penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). One with shea butter, a natural emollient, will help to make the retraction a bit easier and can soothe if the penis is sore.
