Hello. I'm 48 year old male and I have some delicate but very important questions to ask. I'm still sexually active and I have never had any problems with my erection or had any sexually transmitted disease.
But recently I have notices some changes in the shape of my penis. I have never experienced anything similar to this because it has always been fairly straight with only a slight turn upward. I haven’t noticed any skin changes but I have noticed that one part of penis is a bit darker then the rest of it. Please tell me what I am experiencing. Is it something dangerous or it could be just some aging thing!

Hello. I have read your post and recognize some symptoms that I felt about four years ago. I talked with my doctor and he told me that I've maybe developed some disease called Peyronie's disease. It is very rear and I will tell you some stuff about it.
All you should know about this disease is that it is not cancerous but causes fibrous plaque in the penis. It is simple- because the plaques are inelastic and can not expand during erection, that part of the penis gets curved. The cause of this disease is still unknown but there are some theories that claim it can be caused by some minor trauma during intercourse or masturbation. The treatment is symptomatic.
Beside all this, younger men often experience this penis shape change due to excessive masturbating which is completely normal.
