My age is 27 yrs due to childhood mistakes my penis has band right side, now i am getting married with in 6 months, plz tell me it will effect during sex with my partner or not . this problem can be solve or not, plz help me.

I'm not 100% sure what your problem is, but the usual reason for a penile band is a condition called Peyronie's disease, where fibrous tissue builds up under the skin. When you get an erection, this band can then make the penis bend to one side - is this what happens to you?
A bend in the penis does not usually cause problems unless it is very bad. If it is bad enough to make penetration difficult or painful, then you may need a minor operation to remove some of the fibrous tissue.

I was a bit stumped at first as well, until I realized he might be saying he has a penile BEND, and is asking what may be causing this.
On the chance that it really meant a penile BAND, that might be a discoloration in a ring round the penile shaft, I don't see a problem with that.
There are a great variety of color variations amoung men's and women's genitals, and so, a minor color fluctuation should not be an issue.
Some men have a band of slightly darker skin just below where their foreskin meets the shaft of the penis, and this is usually loaded with nerve endings as well.
But it's no problem.
