pimple on my testicle

hi, im 24yr old..i noticed a pimple on my forskin of my testicle: when i squeez my testicel to geather it lookz white on top. im a lil shy to show it to the doctor. i was thinkin about poping it with a pin, but im a lil scared it might be something else or it might get infected. can some1 help me out plez and thank you.
