ok, for about two years now iv had these "things" on my testicles. At first i thought it was a pimple, i tried poping it but it was hard and it hurt when i tried doing so. i figured it would just go away, but instead it grew. i now have three of these things on my testicles and they are close to the size of a bebe. im starting to get scared but im really embarresed to talk about it. nobody knows about my problem and im starting to worry that it might be cancer or something that could lead to it. what can i do
