Well I had my doctor's appt. on Friday (July 2) and told her about my symptoms. She told me she wanted to go ahead and do a urine test, on the off chance that the Plan B had changed up my cycle/timing. It came out negative, as I figured it would, because I'm not due for my period for another week.

She said the all-day nausea, which gets worse after eating usually, can be a sign of heartburn or an early sign of gall stones?

She had no explanation for the nipple tenderness or lower abdominal cramping. When I first told her about those, that's when she wanted to do a test.

She, as expected, told me to take a test if I miss my next period.

When is your period due?

My periods have never been down to an exact day, but I have one every month, roughly 30-33 days apart.

The one in May was on the 10th.

The one in June was on the 14th/15th.

Hey guys, Bambi, you've helped me before, I was wondering if you could help me again....

I've been here before and I've had trouble before but it seems as though I am back. Anyway, this one is major. So, my girlfriend and I did some things and we've tried stuff. I went in her with a condom but definiately came out of her and inside the condom which did not break. All I literally did was put it in and five seconds later, I went out. That's how I know I didn't come in her. Anywho, We took plan B for the third time in about 4 months or so, and now my girlfriend is getting some stomach aches and slight headaches. It's really hot here though where we live (40 celcious) so that might be the reason for the headaches, stomach aches because of food. But her stomach's been acting up for the last three days (we did it friday, took it saturday and sunday and monday she's been on and off with the stomach aches)

Guys, I'm really worried and stuff, I don't want her getting sick. Please respond. We're so scared.

Honey! 1st thing STOP taking Plan B! NO MORE! Plan B is to be ONLY used for emergencies NOT for contraception or on a regular basis! When you use a condom correctly it is 97 - 99% effective! When you ejaculate OUTSIDE the vagina into the condom the protection goes upto 100% What your girlfriend is putting her body through with this continual use of Plan B is VERY dangerous! Plan B is FILLED with hormones to STOP the process of conception - which takes upto 3 days! It is like taking an entire month's worth of birth control pills in 1 dose! I am no surprised that she is sick to her stomach and having headaches - which by the way is NOT from pregnancy! She took Plan B for NO reason! So I cannot tell you how important this is that she does NOT take this again!

I think I know who you are so I will tell you again, I REALLY think you are NOT ready for sex honey! To be putting yourself through SO much stress each time, and your girlfriend through the TERRIBLE toll the morning after pill takes on her body is INSANE! I know that hormones are in here, BUT knowledge has to be too! You HAVE to know the stats, what to do, what to take and wear, and also what your chacnes are and aren't of getting someone pregnant! You are playing it safe and thats ALL anyone can ask for! BUT the rest is madness OK? So once again talk to your girlfriend and if she feels the same NO MORE SEX! IF you want to continue, do what you have been with JUSt the condom!

Tell her to drink lots of water, take Ibuprofen for the headaches, and gravol for the nausea! This might not have anything to do with Plan B, but it's definitely not helping her either! What I suspect is that it has made her cycle wonky and it is now making her feeling sick!

what's Ibuprofen? and what do you mean it might not have anything to do with plan b?! I just want all this weirdness in her body to stop...

Plan B only SOMETIMES has side effects or causes wonky periods! Advil, Motrin - are Ibuprofen! Also if she is worried about pregnancy too, tell her that there is NO way she is or ever was pregnant! OK?

any other advice for her to get better or stuff?

Each day that goes by she will be better! It COULD be the weather - fromt he heat! And also hormones - from the upcoming period! Just try not to read too much into her feeling yucky! OK?

Well I've started spotting today so this should be the beginning of my period, 6 days earlier than last month. Will keep an eye on how it goes (normal or not) but I'm assuming I'm not pregnant. I'm OK with that. I'd rather enjoy being married for a while and getting closer with my stepsons before we add another child into the mix.

I am surprised that the pill is STILL continuing to affect you! BUT everyone is different! Please keep me updated and also know that when you are ready, taking prenatal vitamins upto 3 months before REALLY improves your fertility OK? And also helps with the development of the baby! Good luck!

My period lasted 3 days, though I had a little bit of old blood on day 4. Think I'm going to count this period as normal. My period in May was on the 10th, and the one in June (after taking Plan B on May 24th) was on the 14th/15th. I know Plan B can delay your normal period by a few days, so maybe I'm just back on my normal cycle now. One thing's for sure, I'm definitely keeping a closer eye on my body and the timing of things. I know it's important to know the length of your cycle because of ovulation, etc. so I'm trying to get that figured out. I'm keeping better track on my calendar now.

Thank you for all of your help Bambi. You kept me sane.
