I had my C3-C5 ACDF done 3 weeks ago and my left arm is numb and burning again. I had bilateral numbness and cord compression was significant. I wore the hard brace for 2 weeks now I am back and forth with the soft collar. Starting to get the spasms in between my shoulder blades. No more pain meds just Tylenol. I also ordered NerveRenew as I heard it helps in recovery. I’m getting tired of this arms/hand/fingers c**p when will it subside? Surgeon said there really is no timetable for spinal cord healing
