I had liposuction recently on my abs, flanks and lower back. One gallon of fat was removed, had alot of bleeding and brusing. i am at day 6 after surgery.
Went to the doctor and had the last two drains pulled out. When i got home to urinate, i noticed my penis was swollen, no pain at all just swollen. Now three things come to mind...
A. The compression suit they gave me had a hole in it for your unit to hang out....it was really tight maybe it cut of the blood flow a bit
B. I did masturbate twice two nights ago(day four)....with lube and gentle but maybe did something????
C. The fluids have drained into my penis?
I had four drains the front ones were pulled first because there was nothing coming out. The compression suit looks kind of like a wet suit with the crotch removed and elastic in between your inner thigh and groin. I have no pain at all, urinate just fine with no pain or blood and my semen has no blood and i can still have erections. And i am circumcised.
i have taken the suit of and will be putting an ice pack on shortly.

I'm having the EXACT same problem and same suit you has as well as I'm typing I'm on a flight from LA to my home in Dallas... Idk what's going on 30 min ago when I peed I saw a bruise and very small swelling on my penis and I just went to the restroom here on the plane and its about 3 times larger than usual I'm freaking out

I am in same boat, with large painful dark blue like swelling in public area, had a large ugly raised section on my shaft which resolved but it's still dark and kind of cold. I'm hoping my swelling resolves soon

I'm LOL my ass off ... here in South Florida with a Portobello Mushroom penis after Vaser Lipo :) I was Freaked out too, but it didn't hurt... Dr. "could" have warned me ... gave the girls at his office a good laugh ... still Big, Fat & Black and Mutant looking, but has gone down a little and its only day 5 .. I'll start worrying if still there about day 10 ... and yes, everything Does work ....
