im just going threw my 1st round of shots and im starting to get restless and starting to get anxiety and im starting to feel depressed my back feels like its still the same and the numbing is starting to wear off and im starting to sweat 
is there something we are supposed to do after we get these shots lay on ice of something or make sure we drink water or something i feel like i wasnt to informed about it i got the cortisone {sp?} shots and it was a temp fixed so i figured i would try to steroids shots but with these effects i dont know if it was worth it i have 3yr old boy and we just moved so I THINK IF YOU ARE GOING TO THINK ABOUT GETTING THIS SHOT YOU SHOULD ASK THE DOCTOR THE SIDE EFFECTS BEFORE MAKING THAT APPOINTMENT 
i have a feeling its going to be a long night  :'( if i wouldve seen this sight before i went into my appointment today i probably wouldve seconded guessed myself

IVE HAD BACK PAIN FOR YEARS BUT THE LAST FEW YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING REALLY BADI HAVE TWO DISLOCATED DISCS AND A PINCHED NERVE THE NUMBING IS WEARING OF AND IT STILL FEELLS THE SAME
