My boyfriend is 51 years old and is uncut....After sex he gets these small cuts on the foreskin, depending on how hard he get... sometimes it might be just one or two but other times it might be all around the the top part of the skin. Could you please advise if this is normal or what we could do to prevent it.

:O My boyfriend is 33 and that happens to him too. I posted a log here but the advise was not helpful. they all say that he is going to need to be circumsized ! ouch! One even sugested that he can get cancer if this is not corrected. o.O He cant pull the skin back most times as it tears if he tries. it also gets dry and dry skin forms. warm water assists in the ease of pulling back. but unfortunately he has had this from a young age.

I have those now, which has brought me here. Neosporin is ok, except that most of the day I'm flacid, so the skin heals in a flacid state, and the cuts open again as soon as I'm hard or during a sexual activity. One earlier time, a PA suggested that I try some athlethe's foot cream, which helpsed some, but it's not helping much this time.
