i went on a new contraceptive pill (Loette) about a month ago, and ever since i started taking it i haven't stopped bleeding, have extreme nausea & abdominal pain, feeling dizzy tired emotional cranky, gained weight, need to pee all the time.
is it just the pill that is making me feel this way? or could it have been something before i started taking it?
is there a possibility that these are just side effects from taking a new pill?

It’s common to hear when you are first starting with any contraceptive pill that you’ll maybe have some side effects during first month and definitely, all of the “effects” that you say you are experiencing are usually on that list. So, it all seems to be caused by the pill, and you will have to think about whether this is the right pill for you, because it’s not like there is just this one. Or you still have the option to wait a little bit more and see if anything changes, that way you don’t risk something like this happening again. Probably the best thing would be to wait a bit and see if there is any change (If the pain or bleeding doesn’t become too strong, of course) and check all of this with your doctor.

but im fed up with the pain & bleeding & i dont think its normal to bleed for over a month!
i did have a few of these symptoms before but not the excessive bleeding
im booked in to see my GP tomorrow morning, hopefully it all gets sorted then :-D
