I'm surprised no one has posted if they've sought legal counsel about this. It's criminal that doctor's do not inform about this. This happened to me recently on my hip! A huge dent, so not right. I'm contacting a lawyer. If this doesn't go away I don't want to have to pay for fat grafting or whatever. Physician caused it by poor injection technique. I'm interested if anyone has sought legal counsel and the result?

It's the products they use. Doctors may not even know (but they should) who the supplier or manufacturer is. Some products have less expensive, and low quality formulas. Many patients are having negative/allergic reactions. It's upper management making irresponsible budget cutting /bonus decisions. Shameful. State attorney general's office might investigate and fine them.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Is there legal action that can be taken?

Hello, guest.
In terms of legal action, it may be possible to pursue a medical malpractice claim if the deformity was caused by negligence or improper administration of the injection. However, the specifics of the situation would need to be evaluated by a qualified attorney with expertise in medical malpractice cases.
If you are considering legal action, it is important to gather as much documentation and evidence as possible to support your claim. This may include medical records, photographs of the deformity, and testimony from medical professionals.
Ultimately, the best course of action will depend on the specific circumstances of your case. It is important to consult with a qualified attorney and healthcare provider to determine the best course of action for your situation.
Good luck!
