You may or may not experience pain your first time. It depends how prepared you are. Sometimes with women a man needs to take a very long time to get her ready, well lubricated and relaxed. Yes you will be able to walk just fine afterward. As far as changes, well, there will be no other changes so long as you are protected from pregnancy. You just won't be a virgin anymore.

Make sure you are very lubricated as this will help make it less painful your first few times. Some women don't have a hymen or tore during childhood and you wont feel any pain really.
